AKZ LUX LTD (company number SC878326), registered at 38 Thistle Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 1EN (“AKZ”, “we”, “us”) is a luxury catering and event staffing company. We are the data controller for the personal information you provide through this website.
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, and the details you choose to share about your event — including its type, date, approximate guest count, venue, catering requirements and staffing needs.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, and — should you proceed — to plan and deliver your event. We do not use your details for marketing lists, and we never sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes.
We process your information on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to and progressing your enquiry) and, where you become a client, for the performance of a contract.
Enquiry details are retained for up to 24 months so we can continue a conversation if you return to us. Client records are kept for the duration required by UK tax and company law. After these periods, records are securely deleted.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to enquiries@akzluxurycatering.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary storage is used to deliver the site.
